Jestem bardzo słaby z angielskiego

Why when I had windows 7 professional x64 all OTS servers work on my PC but when i upgrade my windows to windows 8.1 x64 i cant connect to my server.

I am waiting up to 30 minutes and nothing changes.

I do not have anti-virus on your computer only Windows Defender
Unlocked ports but it did not work

Why my windows 8.1 x64 is blocking the connection to the server?

Wie ktoś może dlaczego jak miałem windowsa 7 Professional x64 to wszystkie otsy normalnie mi działały a jak chciałem sobie pograć z kolegami stawiałem hamachi i też grali, a odkąd zainstalowałem na swoim komputerze windowsa 8.1 x64 to serw działa bo się odpali

ale jak chcę się do niego zalogować to mam takie coś i w tym stanie potrafi nawet 30 min być i nic się nie zmienia

Nie mam na kompie antywirusa tylko ten systemowy Windows Defender.
Odblokowałem porty w ustawieniach ale to nic nie dało.

Wie ktoś dlaczego Windows 8.1 x64 blokuje mi wszystkie otsy że je uruchomi ale nie pozwala na nie wbić ?

Did you portforward your ports from the firewall or your router?

Yes i forward ports on my router but this is no router problem.
I nothing change on router settings

Maybe your ipv4 IP changed? Try to portforward again.
