Server isn't online ?.....

Hello ,
I started this server with a custom map and then switched to a real map 8.60 , Before I switched to a real map i sighned up at otservlist.org and posted my server there. But
when I switched to the real server It just won't come up online. I tried editing it , thought maybe that will work, but is said your server must be online.
Any help ?

you gave incorrect ip in otservlist or in your confog else if you use no-ip domains you should check if your domains is already created
