Linux Server lock [tfs0.3.4pl2]

hi!

im using the forgotten server 0.3.4pl2 and i want lock the server with a message,
i mean that the player could connect, but when they choose character, its write to them that the server is locked with some message that i choose, and then its log them out, kick them..
