Server not loading?

Why is my server stuck at:
>> Loading map and spawns:
>>> Map size: 33407x33023.
>>> Map descriptions: - "Saved with Remere's Map Editor 2.1" - "No map description available."

and won't load anymore? I changed the grace time, so it re-starts again within more time. But it still gets stuck.
Any idea? Console is showing no error.
And control is always showing this up:

It turns out you need more memory on your server.

Keep in mind that it's not only TFS using RAM. It's also web server (up to 1 GB), MySQL (could be a lot) and the system (just 100-300 MB).
Do you know how to order RAM upgrade from client area or do you need me to create the order for you?

Yeah, I thought so, I'll be upgrading it for sure when people start donating. At the moment I stay with 3 GB.
