Server Problem <- some pro->? :* With picks!

Heya! i have a big problem that i really cant solve beacuse i dont really know the issue.

Server Client 8.6
The Forgotten Server, Version 0.3.6 (CD)

The homepage is
Version 1.0.3 for TFS 0.3.6 and TFS 0.4

The server is Custom that means it must be a custom Client ofc with rsa np i know that.

My problem is that some ppl can enter to the server and some cant. idk why i tought it may be beacuse they
use a ip changer while they are trying to login? 1-2-3 they can fail sure but not so many.. i need someone that can help me out with this what can it be! Note some player was able to login.. This players on screen never logged in.

Here is one that also failed, Like i say some can enter and 80% just cant or dont know how to login.

After 5 fails one managed to loggin.......

you should only bump once every 24 hours.. you started to bump 10 minutes after you created the thread.
And yes, nobody helped you in 5 hours... welcome to the internet.. there people actually might not be 24/7 for your assistance.

I was about to tell you what might be wrong but I'll tell you on Friday instead so you learn to have some patience instead.

and custom RSA-Key I assume..
then it's because people try to connect to your server with another client than you use for the server.

if people get the right client that works for you to login, they will be able to login

yes you may have right about that part so what is the solution maybe make it more clear to the players? and can it be beacuse a anti virus blocks the client for i did run a scan o my custom client it had a that was the results :S

when you present the server as 8.6 without mention the custom client, people just assume it's not custom client.
I don't know about client 8.6, but I know for fact that tibia client 8.5 (original) gives some virus detection on that site as well.
Scan a normal 8.6 client and compare them

ohh i see i will look it up its make me sad to lose all the players i did mention the custom client but well i will edit in my homepage maybe make a full size image about that thx for your time anyway budy.
