Windows Server problems 1 out of 5 servers dont work

Hello, as title says 1 out of 5 servers that i got on my dedi hard drive dont want to turn on just cause it cant connect with database.
Other servers connect with database, but that only 1 server cant connect with it, either i cant install gesior cause of that.

Anyone know how to solve that problem?
