server quest,map,etc

i know this is not minecraft , and this is porbably gonna be a stupid question , i know how to set up a open tibia server with website but my question is , is it possible to just get the oficial tibia map ? plus all the npc,quests etc , i just wanna play with some friends with the oficial map and other stuff , without having to play with 1000 other players :/

i dont know if u understood me but i just want a normal oficial map with all the quests , like the oficial tibia , that link only takes me to custom maps
