Guys here is my damn problem

I Installed UniformServer
and have my TFS 0.4 Oki

I Have This Router :: ZTE :: ZXV10 W300

I opened Ports
7171 - 7172 - 80

and Get my own no-ip.org

and i edited the config.lua
with every Data

and in ip i made the ip in whatismyip.org
when i run server it's running

when i try to access i got failed to connection and it takes long time than can any one imagine :'(

why this problem?

and when i check ports it's said port is closed xD !!

Some ISPs (internet service providers) do not allow you open ports. I suggest you contact them and ask if it's even possible with your internet plan and go from there.

you dont need to chane to static ip since you are using no-ip service.
you can download no-ip client and install it to your server computer and it will update your ip address automaticly.
and the players will use the no-ip subdomain
