In european time its 07:00 or 06:00 time.
so people are in school, or sleeping and we cant get the chance to loot scorpion sceptre.

top: Imho 7:00 CET is not bad time for european . It's not to early to wake up if you want to loot this item. And mostly you're not in school yet. So don't complain
