Solved Server wont open

I got my site up and can create accounts and characters on it but when i try to log in the game it just says logging in forever.
no character list
i checked my ports through vapus and it says they are all 3 open

i need someone to try to log in to my server through the game client

log into my tester account with

This is a port forwarding issue:

Port 7171 = Character list
Port 7172 = Login

Fantastic thank you so much found out my problem was I couldnt find a proper 10.31 client.
