Solved Server won't start up

Okay, So I downloaded this 8.6 server TFS...I start it without any problems..But after I make the database in the SQL, everytime I start it up it comes to "Starting SQL connection" and then crashes...Every time...Please help me.

EDIT: I fixed it!! New dll files..Anyways..New problem..I use localhost to login...I come into the account manager acc but..I can't log into it..Yes 7172 port is open...
