Windows Server Won't Start

[Breakdown]

Got a pretty weird issue that has me stumped.. i downloaded:

Changed everything in the config file to what is needed.. hit the icon to start the server and nothing happens. Clicked it a few more times, than the icon disappeared..

Any ideas?

I use this server and it works perfect for me. Could be that your virus programm / firewall blocks it.
