Server Wont Start.. :-/

When i try to start my server ([8.54] The Forgotten Server 0.3.6 (Crying Damson) )

When i load it, it gets to "Starting SQL connection" then it say "The forgotten Server stopped working" then crash :-/

Anyone know what the problem is?

Do you have XAMMP Installed

Ehrm, I use Windows 7, Xampp, [8.54] The Forgotten Server 0.3.6 .... what else you need?

I tried another server, It starts fully, but after 10 secs or so it says "bla bla dosnt answer"
