Lua Set a players level

So, Weird and dumb but im so used to editing the characters starting level through the actual Server Config but this time i've decided to go with a Website to make my characters and have no idea how to make it make the character level 8, it only makes it level 1 ,_,

You should have 'samples' in there.
You can either log onto them, and give them level with a god character, or edit them in your database.
When a character is made, it uses the samples as a template, basically just copy pastes, and gives the character a new name. :p
Or a lazier way, just give them level 8 experience when they first login to the server. haha

What i'm saying is I have no idea Where the character information is stored in this situation.. do I edit it in the phpmyadmin? Or in the Actual files on my web host folder or is it some how edited another way in the server files other then the config

yes, phpmyadmin.
There should be an account with samples on it.
usually named 'sample knight', 'sample sorcerer', et cetera.
