Set text to a book from a quest

Hi, how do I set a text to a book from a quest?

local item = doPlayerAddItem(cid, itemid, 1)
doSetItemText(item,'Text')

Don't say always Global variables are for global usage, local variables are for local usage. In other words, if you want to access that variable from outsite the function/file/block, use global variables otherwise use local variables.
