as my title says im having some troubles with setting admin account im trying to make a site and when i go to step 5 and put the admin password the error appears

Set Admin Account

Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch() on boolean in C:\xampp\htdocs\classes\account.php on line 33

im trying to see what's the problem in account.php line 33 but there is no problem there!

there are some missing tables I guess, did you used an old db? try a new db with a totally new tfs schema.
