Setting OT Server Online

Hello folks!

I am here to ask you guys for some help...
I've been playing in OTS for a while (like 7 years) and I hosted some OTS a few years ago.
Well, I've changed my type of connection (wireless now) to the Internet and now I can't put my OTS online.

What have I done so far?
- changed my IP adress using proXPN
- liberated the ports 7171 and 7172 on my router and firewall
- created an account at No-ip.com
- changed the config.lua to the IP I got and also the host of no-ip.com (galania.servegame.com)

I'm kinda loosing my mind with this, so please help me.
I really want to set up a OTS online but I can't do it

But what happens? Dont load character page? Or load character page but do not enter in the game?
