Welcome, i know its hard for most noobs to set there server up on ubuntu after renting a machine, so i will set any server up, any version, RL custom, 8.6 or 10.31 it will be set up, ill also set up a website and the database for you, i can use putty or teamviewer you if you dont feel safe. My job is done once you know how to start/stop/restart and your server is running!

i setup servers not fixed them, contact DDG
 
I got a TFS 0.3.6 for Windows but I want Ubuntu Server cause they are cheaper and use less RAM can you help with this too ?

better change to ubuntu, on debian i always have a lot of problem when compiling never compiled a source there, i reccoment to you ubuntu. and i can help you
