Windows Setting up a 8.6

Hey guys,
so i've been out of this for almost 2 years and i today decided i was going to start back up..
accept i dont know what im doing wrong but i cant for the life of me get my server going..
im looking for someone trusted to help me through it over skype/teamviewer to help get me back on the right track.. whoever helps me im willing to reward!
