Windows Setting Up Website and Custom Client

I am having issues setting up a website with my server as well as making a custom client for my ot.
If anyone can help please let me know. i have looked around and haven't had much help.

what program are you using for your website like xampp/uniform that would help us a little bit more?

xampp will be what i'm using. i haven't hosted in forever and xampp is only thing i know how to use. but i've never done website and forgot how to do custom client.
