Setting up your first server

Hello. I'm trying to follow the steps of "Setting up your first server" but when i try to download the second link, the ones at this link OpenTibia DLL Pack (v2.0) (https://otland.net/threads/opentibia-dll-pack-v2-0.155310/) , it says that the download is no longer available. Am i doing something wrong for being a n00b at creating an OT or is this a problem? In both cases, how can i solve this?

that is a microsoft software, im sure you can just go to their website to download that, the files for the ot are zipped down below, they work fine.
