Setup a 1.2 Server? Tutorial please?

I've been retired from this gig for a while, last thing i hosted was 8.60, 8 years ago!

Can someone give me a quick tutorial to host the thing intend to open?

As far i can think about this i need a mysql database, a website/accmaker... but not even sure about the procedure...

Came here to post exactly what @Sentielo posted, it's a bit of a long video but you'll get a great understanding about installing and setting up the server.
