Several Problems

So hello I got the problem that people ain't getting frags if they kill someone. They iwll receive a message called : Warnining.~ But if they use the command !frags, they aint getting a frag.

Another Problem would be this:

mysql_real_query(): INSERT INTO `killers` (`death_id`, `final_hit`, `unjustified`) VALUES (61, 1, 0) - MYSQL ERROR: Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (`tibia`.`killers`, CONSTRAINT `killers_ibfk_1` FOREIGN KEY (`death_id`) REFERENCES `test` (`id`) ON DELETE CASCADE) (1452)

How to fix it?
