We don't have any rules about account sharing. They're allowed to do it, but we will only provide support for the person who has access to the registered e-mail.
 
Who got ban for account sharing?
 
You can sell your account, but staff priority who have the email.

Take care that you don't can advertise it in public channels.

@EDIT:
Account trading is not allowed under any circumstances. An account belongs to the person who created it, and that person will always be able to recover the account. Anyone trying to sell their account may be permanently locked out from the account, and will never be able to gain access to it again.
