personally, I use the following:
AdBlock (obviously)
Auto Replay for Youtube (another must have)
Auto-Reload (use it for OTLand, so the main page updates every minute)
Context Search (another one I use alot, quoting from ChromeExtensions "Google Chrome extension that allows seaching for selected text with different engines directly from the web page." image is worth 1000 words)
Snap Links (use it to open multiple links with just 1 mouse click, great to open reports )
Speed Dial (customize the websites that appear in the "New Tab page", another must have imo)
Youtube MP3 (download MP3 music from Youtube in just 2 clicks)
