That was an issue in previous versions as well. It normally occurs when tracking a lot of items on multiple floors simultaneously. What other errors are you experiencing?

If it's working you should share it, the official items.otb will likely be committed to the private subversion within a week or so. I do not recommend using the_hide's otb as you will have compatibility issues with it on future updates.
