Windows Shop Doesn't Change The Page?

Hey, I'm wondering why my shop (helera.no-ip.org) will not change to the shop page.. I have it set up, does anyone know?

Well, its configured corectly, when you click 'Copy URL Link' it goes to the link. But not when you click on the button o.0

I am logged on. And you can still acess it, but it'll say 'Please login to view the list' or something.
