Hello OTLAND, this appears every 10 seconds on my SERVER LOG? What shall I DO?

That's why somebody bought a bugged item in your shop, you need to enter phpMyAdmin, go to shop offer table and look in values which offer is not completed yet and delete it, and fix the item that isn't completed in the value.
