When I try to buy a (Example) Vip Ticket
I dont get the item! The aac takes the points and I dont get the item :/
Any idea how to fix? or whats the problem? :P
 
Make sure you have this line in your globalevents.xml:

If you're sure you have followed the steps, restart the server and when the players which has bought a item through the web, will get them as soon as they are logged in again.

However, you can also check which items are pending in your database at "ots_communication".
