I buy vip account for my character more i no buy for other character or other acc.

Everything works normal.
I buy item for my account.
I buy item of my account for other account.
I buy vip for my account.
The problem is i no buy vip for other account.
All procedures are done, more the time (1405236665) is not enough to vip_time column.
When I buy for another account.
