Hm. Depends.. if it's a nerdy rap then naw, like talking about features and shit like that HELL NO. Be like. "Look back, I see a black bomb, no time to react, gotta hit the healing pot, got hurt? run along..<pauses> Only the strong one can survive, look at that, that massive horde, oh no, 3 mages gona drop my bones. (I fail at rap, but my point is, rap it about wars and pvp, not about tibia lvling and items and crap like that)

They are good raps, but they are so mainstream. An ordinary gangstah who lived/lives crap and rap about it. Like so many other rappers.
A tibia rap would be not normal, it would be special, and requires more gut to do than going mainstream.

There will only be problems if Tibia isn't known in the audience that he's presenting it to, and it's extremely specific to the game.
You can rap about a game and not disclose details about the game, or the fact that you're even rapping about a game.
A rap about a specific topic will only remain weird until it becomes common. As long as it is not common it will get alot of reaction.
This reaction might have many downsides, but also good advantages.
You will brave, you can do what you want. No matter what the crowd thinks of it.
Your will be recognized, for better and for worse. You might be recognized as a looser, but consider the fact that the people saying this or act this never had the gut to do what you did.
In the end you are the one who dares to follow your creative ideas, and make things happen. This will get you a long way.
