Back in the early 1900's, Rockefeller had a net worth of $189.6 Billion; however he did control 97% of America's Oil. I don't know about you, but that is pretty damn amazing. :huh:

@Topic,

Get used to other countries having really rich people. As more industries leave the USA because of taxation problems and high wages for workers, they're going to get richer. I don't think we should mess with anyone, I think that we need to fix our own economy first. In most third world contries, they don't have a national minimum wage or federal taxes. Really rich and powerfull people get away with these things, for all I know there are people making one dollar a day for the same amount of work we'd do here in the USA for $7.25 an hour.

He must have never heard of Monterry and the other cities that are very wealthy.

You know why? He spent alot of money to poor peoples.

If he wouln't do that he would be on first place easy.

He had like 52 Billions and the richest had 57 or something.

Of course there are ppl richest than Carlos Slim
but they dont publish it for security
