Suggestion Shoutbox

Pretty much as title says, I'd like to suggest a Shoutbox to be added on the bottom/top of the main page

I'd also like to not allow people to ask to much about help, like it's not a help channel. Few small questions would be ok, or open another tab in the shout box for a faster and live answer

Why not introduce others to the IRC channel #otland? Because it's a kind of chat-function ment for otland, however I'm not against the idea that a shoutbox would be good, but perhaps not visible for everyone, but as an option in the nav-bar beside "members" and "help". What do you think about this?
