After a little researching, I found out you cannot make this work with only Source edits. You actually need to edit your client sources. Since no one has original tibia client sources, you will have to use OTC for that.

Yeah as I remember he posted a example gif too (guess there was a dragon on it)
He edited protocolgame i think and also gave a small snippet of a Code as i remember..
