Solved Simple PhpMyAdmin Command :)

I'm just looking for a command to change this for every character on the server:
loss_experience, loss_mana, loss_skills, loss_items

UPDATE `players` SET `loss_experience` = 50, `loss_mana` = 50, `loss_skills` = 50, `loss_items` = 50;

How do I change this for new players? The new players get old %
