That was for tfs 0.2 not 0.3.1 but I think it's almost the same,

UPDATE  `DATABASENAME`.`players`  SET  `group_id`  =  '6' WHERE  `players`.`id`  =PLAYERID LIMIT 1 ;

UPDATE  `DATABASENAME`.`accounts`  SET  `type`  =  '5',
 `group_id`  =  '6' WHERE  `accounts`.`id`  =ACCOUNTID LIMIT 1 ;

Change the "caps locked" text to what it says.
