Site goes blank

Hello, i got a problem with my AAC when i try to go in to the site with 127.0.0.1 its working but when i try to login with my no-ip name i cant or with my normal ip i have changed in config the ip but it goes blank when i enter the ip can someone help me please

look you can only eneter on your site from you pc with localhost
if you tryed to change the url of site in config you will get error like page not fount just leave the url in config blank and players will b able to log with your no=ip

the url is emtpty and my connection ip is my no-ip but still cant players enter the site either i only with 127.0.0.1 rep++ for the on who helps me

Open the ports for your site, like 80, 3306 and 443? And have you activated your hosts? Some sites may require that.

or try http://localhost/
if not works..
try to open xampp..
and run apache and mysql
