Site is loaded only if acessing by "127.0.0.1"

Hi guys,
I don't imagine the reason, but the my server's site now just load if the url is 127.0.0.1, but not anymore by the ip of the server.
I need help because i want put the server online!

Observation: Might help, when i try to start the apache today, for the fist time this error appears.

Starting XAMPP for Linux 1.8.2-1…

XAMPP: Error 1! Couldn’t start Apache!

XAMPP for Linux started.

So i the site don't load, but i make this cmd(/etc/init.d/apache2 stop) in terminal and the problem is solved, but now i only can acess with 127.0.0.1.

Help Please!
