I need some help with onAdvance(cid, skill, oldlevel, newlevel)
Umm i don't know how to tell u maybe like this:
When player advance in sword (50) and it's bigger then skill cap and he is 30lvl then rate of skill is decrased to 0
I want only:
If Player Advance In Sword (50) and it's bigger then skill cap...
