skills go down when gear is equpped

so as the title says, when you equip gear, that addeds skills like m lvl etc. instead of going up the right amount, it goes down. so focus cape if i have m lvl 80 before wearing, become m lvl 79 when wearing, and stays 79 when taking off. ive tried for a bit to search this solution and no luck. can anyone help? i dont even know where to find this code. that changes or adjusts this

Movements

I don't know which server you are using, but that kind of script generally exists in the movements, search your movements.xml file to the id of the cape and it will tell you the script it is referencing, then share the script here so we can help you debug it
