Skills in ots doesnt matter ?. Help

Hello everyone.
Problem:
I dont know why but when Im skilling and I have for example lvl sword: 40
I am hitting the same when I have better skill like: 90..
The same as when Im using spells.
When Im lvling Im hitting a bit more but not like I can see much difference.
When Im hitting with Palladin at lvl 100 mlvl 20 with sd. Im hitting only arround 169-180.
When I magic lvled up to 22 I still hit same .


I really dont know how to fix it Maybe finally someone can help me

What distro are you using?
you cant expect to hit much higher with just +2 mls with pallys... but the sword level from 40 to 90 should really increase the damage...
did you edited any rates in the vocations.xml ?
