Skills not advancing issue

Hey, i got tfs 0.4 3777, and sometimes, actually randomly, the skills stop advancing for players and it stops no matter how long you train, what can it depend on, if i may have your opinion?

Sounds like an exhaustion bug to me, I wouldn't know how to fix it without looking in the sources or scripts and whatnot.

it only happened to me when i give my own char some skills with
/addskill

It sucks cuz somehow it keeps getting stuck somewhere at the 38 especially when you wanna test vocation balancing or damage formulas.

This happens randomly to everyone, even if i give them skills or not
