Skull on monsters shows up in battlelist, but not on screen

As you see on training monk, it has a black skull and it's configured properly inside monsters. This was working fine on tibia 10.98 but now I am using tibia 11.49, does anybody have a clue how to fix this issue?

Hmm, it's seems its an issue with tibia client 11 only. I connected with a tibia 10 client and it displayed the skulls correctly.

So does anybody know how to make tibia 11 client able to display skulls on monsters? :/

nope I didnt manage to fix it, i think you need to change something inside the tibia 11 client to get it working and there's no informations how to do that out there and i cant figure it out myself
