yea, I seem to have the same problem as cykotitan had, it keeps timing out and I need to refresh the site to get into it, also takes long time to load...
No, it's not my net or computer. It's OTLand.
 
it's faulty routes to otland's server, you can't be helped but to switch to another ISP.
