Small maps?

I have been looking around for a new server to play on, and I realised that there is one of the most attractive features of a server is having a small map. Around 2008-2009 there was a server called Hukina which featured a very small core island that joined up with other islands/dungeons via underground paths which were all incredibly detailed and interactive. The size of the map not only let the designer put a great deal of effort into detail without creating too much work for him/herself, but in such a niche gaming environment where servers can have as little as an average of 10 players on at a time, the area's actually felt populated rather than massive desolate maps with thousands of spawns of the same types of monsters. Does anyone know of any servers that feature intimate, detailed maps? Bonus points for being an RPG server hosted near the oceanic region.
