Well i wanna install a sms pay system on my website, its a company named "contenido pago" which it makes to earn money by sending sms with a cellphone look is something like this..

ALL THE GUIDES DESCRIBE ONLY THE INSTALLATION FOR XAMPP AND NO ONE FOR UNIFORMSERVER. i need help ;S!
