SMS Points, Never Reach

The day Thursday 17 of September, I sent 3 text messages. I received the answer that said: "Gracias por su pago. este es el ultimo mensaje de texto que recibira por este pago. Usted ha pagado ahora 890 CLP". So everything was alright, but when I check my pointer there wasn't any of the points :C.

Im from Chile, my mobile company is "Movistar" and my number is 712457XX.

Please any GM or GOD who can help me!!!
