Second thing how i can add on sms shop offer "pictures" ?

xampp/htdocs/item_images/HowToAddImages.txt :P

Just paste image there and name it its id of the item from database>z_shop_offer.

If want .gif images go to htdocs/shopsystem.php and ctrl+f 'jpg' and change all of it to 'gif' then paste .gif images :D
