So confused on sending messages on otland.

Okay so when i try to send a message to someone, i click submit and it goes to a page asking me to filter the message. I look in my sent box, and the message never sends!!!!

I can't see my sent messages, I believe they are sent, otherwise there are some bug with your browser or other softwares
