Soft Boots Not wanting to regain

Soft boots only regains for 2 and the aol's don't work help me out i've done everything i could possible think of

and concerning aol you mean it maek items fall?

just saying when i try to change the regain values nothing happens it stays at 2

I'm having the SAME exact issues, When i edit my items.xml for the soft boots the regen stays at 2 regardless of what i do. Also, My aols randomly dont work, don't dissapear on death, or do drop but don't work.

Help would be appreciated, using 0.3.5 crying damson.
